You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Black Ochre Bath & Body is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to help resolve the issue.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days with photos.
